My name is Elle and I am a Alchemical Practitioner, and I am sure you are probably asking yourself what the heck is that? So let me explain what this is while I introduce myself.

Alchemy or Ellechemy is the process of changing or transforming something from one state of being to another. An example would be turning lead into gold or flour into bread, and the same principle applies to people when we decide change ourselves from one identity to another, or take a pattern, habit, or emotional state and transform it into a new one. 

​

My own alchemical journey began 10 years ago and I was fresh out of a 9 year long abusive relationship that left me physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually crippled. I was such a mess, I had so much un resolved trauma from childhood and now this relationship. I was completely checked out and found everyway possible to numb myself just so I didn't have to feel.

I was riddled with heavy addictions from hard drugs to alcohol, sex, pornography, processed foods, toxic people, and reckless behavior. I mean I could right a laundry list of things that were in desperate need of my attention in life. Despite all this it still wasn't my rock bottom, I wasn't ready for change. I enjoyed my addiction to being a victim of my own circumstances, and I wasn't done with my own self perpetual suffering enough to break free of my unconscious patterns and shadows and create the change that I needed.

 

But I did eventually hit my rock bottom, the same bottom that would eventually become my new beginning. My rebirth.

It took me finally catching an "incurable" dis-ease (herpes - HSV) and doing hard drugs before I decided enough was enough. I couldn't help but to feel like there had to be more to life than this. That is was when my internal flame grew into a wild fire that couldn't be stopped, I cut everything and everyone out of my life that was no longer serving me and I devoted every second of my day to researching health, biology, personal development, spirituality, and energy work and this is how I healed myself.

 

Within 3 months I fully healed my HSV, within 6 months I was completely unrecognizable. I was finally living a life worth living! I was inspired to get certified as a health coach, from there I was asked to be interviewed on how I healed my HSV and that's when my life blew up. I created a successful HSV healing program called The Reset, I would later become happily married, hosting workshops, doing guided women's work and so much more. I was an over night success in my eyes, from abused, traumatized, and addicted to holistic health, spirituality, and healing. 

 

This is ALCHEMY, I took myself from one state and transformed myself into someone completely different. This was an identity level shift and every bit of work I have done on myself or with clients in the last 7 years was some kind of alchemical process, I guess you could say I am in the business of deep soul level transformation.

As an alchemist I recognize the journey of transformation never really ends, so this means I have a life long devotion to this path of Ellechemy and a life long commitment to share what I know with anyone who wants to travel this path with me.

 

I will never claim to be a healer because I cannot heal others, I will never claim that I can shift or change you because only you can do that, and I will never try to convince you that you should work with me because that is up to you. The path of Inner Ellechemy is a chosen path of Self Healing, you learn to become your own Healer, and you learn to step into your own Power. Only you have the answers you are looking for, only you have the power to heal and change, and only you have the ability to know what is best for you.

I am only here to be a guide, a container, and to share my own journey as inspiration. All of my tools and knowledge come from experimenting on myself and learning through trial and error, what worked for me might not work for you, so all I can do is help guide you back to yourself so that you can find your own answers within. Our Mission 

​

Here at Inner Ellechemy I provide safe and nourishing containers through a variety of different types of experiential ceremonies. All my containers are meant to help and assist with your own alchemical process, this is achieved through a variety of neurological, biological, somatic, or shamanic practices and experiences. The reason I do most my work in ceremony format is because something magical happens when we are in an intentional space like ceremony, it brings in conscious intention, presence, connection, and allows us to awaken to a deeper remembrance that lies deep within all of our DNA.

 

Ceremony has been a huge part of the human experience since the beginning of our existence as humans, it can be found in ALL cultures around the world and dates back hundreds of thousands of years. Ceremony allows for a profound connection to something much deeper than ourselves, it allows us to connect to the elements, to the animals, this planet, our ancestors, other cultures, and the unseen realms in the spirit world. Ceremony is a POWERFUL tool for deep transformation, but no transformation is complete without action and integration which is why I also offer Integrative Coaching to help you anchor in your profound insights from these ceremonies.

The purpose of these containers is to provide a safe space for you to explore your own inner landscapes, to help guide you back to your own personal truth and power, to help you take a journey back to Self, and to give you the tools necessary to cultivate your own healing.

All my ceremonies and practices at Inner Ellechemy are designed to help you regulate your nervous system and to titrate your nervous system as to expand your ability to hold discomfort in a healthy way. Most of us were never taught how to co-regulate with others or to regulate ourselves, this is because no one was taught. When religious colonization took over the world all the somatic and healing practices our ancestors and ancient cultures practiced were seen as barbaric, satanic, or evil and were banished and destroyed.

 

This is why so many of us seek holistic healing, because its natural and is rooted in our ancestral ways of living and being. There is now science behind why so many spiritual healing techniques work, they all either work the nervous system, work the neuropathways in our brains, effect our brain waves states, change our cellular structures, or alter our psyche in some way as to promote healing. These are now called Somatic Practices, which are a very big part of Inner Ellechemy and how we conduct our ceremonial containers to assist with the deepest healing. 

 

I understand that transformation takes time and do not guarantee instantaneous results, but I do guarantee a unique experience and deeper connection with not only yourself but life around you. These containers will over time evoke a deep unraveling of ones own reality, I do our best at Inner Ellechemy to leave you with the right tools and support to get the most of your experience and to assist you in your unraveling process.
